TAXES AND DUTIES

For Indian Clients: Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.

For International Clients: For most countries, we ship garments on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that the product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, the buyer is liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country the buyer resides in. To release the order from customs on arrival, the buyer must pay these charges at the time of delivery.

DELIVERY POLICY

YADYA THREADS uses third-party logistics and dispatches for all its courier services. We are not responsible for the timely delivery of the products in case of any delay from the logistics team. Please expect delays due to external factors such as COVID-19 restrictions.

PACKAGING OF PRODUCT

About the packaging of the product, we use third-party vendors to ship your order, and we have to follow their packaging rules. They usually pack the article in a way to be confined in a box to save on shipping and provide you with nominal shipping prices by keeping the weight of the package low. Once the outfit is delivered and you open the package, it may be crushed or wrinkled, but we ensure it does not damage the product. You just have to open it and get it steam ironed, and it's good to go!

DELIVERY

The company aims to deliver products within a time frame of a minimum of 3 days and a maximum of 7 days. However, in no manner can the contract be repudiated if Yadya Threads fails to deliver any one or more products within the stipulated time frame. The company is not liable for any delays due to natural calamities, national holidays, courier services, etc.
